The Carrera RS is a lightweight, European-market "road racer" featuring a 260 bhp 3.6L air-cooled flat-six engine (M64/03), 5-speed manual transmission, and rear-wheel drive. It achieved 0-60 mph in 5.1 seconds with a 162 mph top speed. Key features included deleted sound insulation, aluminum panels, bucket seats, thinner glass, and standard limited-slip differential. 17" magnesium cup wheels also help contribute to a weight of only 2,689 pounds.
